Software products we build and support

Many organisations need software for the same kinds of work, so we build products for it. Each one is ready to use rather than commissioned from scratch, and each has its own website where you can explore it in detail. The catalogue continues to grow, and when your work needs something different, we design software around your business case.

Business operations

Software for the work that keeps a business running day to day, from serving customers to managing property, stock and accounts. Each product has its own website, where you can explore it in detail.

Kitchenet ERP

Kitchenet ERP runs a restaurant, lounge or hotel kitchen as one connected operation. Orders taken at the till, at the table by QR code or online go straight to the kitchen, and each completed dish draws its ingredients from stock. Stores, purchasing, recipe costing and accounts follow from the same records, so managers can see sales, food cost and profit without reconciling separate systems. Each member of staff works in a role suited to their job, from cashier and cook to storekeeper and accountant.

Agencies follow leads, listings, inspections and commissions, while property managers handle tenancies, rent collection, service charges and maintenance. Developers track projects and buyers from reservation to final payment, and construction teams manage bills of quantities, contracts, procurement and site progress. SalonHub

SalonHub connects customers with salons, barbers and spas, and gives each business the tools to run its appointments. Customers find a provider, choose an available time and book, earning loyalty points they can use across the platform. Providers get their own booking website, manage staff schedules, walk-ins and bookings, and can sell their products through an online shop.

InvoiceApp

InvoiceApp runs a business’s sales paperwork and accounts in one place. It takes a sale from quote to invoice, delivery note and receipt, sends customers a link to pay online and follows up overdue invoices automatically. Every document feeds a double-entry ledger with tax, bills and expenses, so financial reports are ready when you need them. Teams can work across branches with their own roles, approvals and branding, in naira, pounds, dollars or euros.

MoboCRM

Many organisations talk to their customers and members on WhatsApp and email, but those conversations sit on personal phones and inboxes where no one else can see them. MoboCRM brings them into one shared workspace, where a team can reply together, keep track of every contact and follow each opportunity through a sales pipeline. Broadcasts, automated replies and guided chat flows handle the routine work, and each workspace speaks the language of a sales team, a service organisation or a membership body.

Zenmail

Zenmail gives a business professional email on its own domain. You can bring a domain you already own or register one during setup, then create branded mailboxes for your staff and shared addresses, such as billing or support, that several people can handle. Your team reads and sends mail on the web or from their phones, while the owner decides who can access each mailbox.

Accounting and finances

Accounting for organisations that answer to donors, a complete audit workspace for accounting and audit firms, and money management for people and groups who want to see where their money goes.

FinNGO

FinNGO is accounting built for donor-funded organisations. It keeps fund accounts in several currencies, tracks each grant against its budget and prepares donor reports in the formats funders such as the EU, FCDO, USAID and UNICEF expect. Procurement approvals, payroll, HR, timesheets and fixed assets sit in the same system, so programme and finance teams work from one set of records. FinNGO is currently available through a beta access programme.

Auditbench

Auditbench gives accounting and audit firms one workspace for the whole engagement, from planning to sign-off. Teams set materiality, assess risks and controls, run audit procedures and gather evidence and working papers for each audit area, recording findings, review notes and partner sign-off as they go. Its data engine rebuilds a client’s year from bank statements in PDF, Excel or CSV, classifies every transaction with a recorded reason and reconciles the result against the general ledger and trial balance. Every figure can be traced back to its source, behind an audit trail that cannot be altered.

FinTrack

FinTrack gives individuals, households and groups a clear view of their money. It records accounts, income and expenses, sets budgets and reports on spending, while keeping project finances separate from everyday money. People who manage money together can share project costs and settle up, or run Ajo and Esusu savings circles with contributions, loans and withdrawals. You can also connect FinTrack to the AI assistant you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and ask about your money or record transactions in conversation.

SubTrack

SubTrack keeps track of the subscriptions and bills that renew in the background. It shows what is due on a calendar, reminds you before each payment and converts every cost into your own currency, so you can see what you really spend. Budgets, spending insights and duplicate detection help you cut what you no longer need, and the login details for each service are stored securely alongside it.

Infrastructure and security

Software for running and protecting an organisation’s networks, servers and virtual machines, on hardware it owns.

PureView

PureView gives an IT team one place to run its infrastructure, on hardware the organisation owns. It finds every device on the network, places it in its rack and power chain, and configures, backs up and monitors switches, routers, firewalls and wireless equipment from MikroTik, Cisco, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti and TP-Link. It also runs the servers behind them, from setting up and hardening a physical server to managing Proxmox and VMware virtual machines, backups and applications. Engineers can work at the rack with the desktop console for macOS, Windows and Linux, or manage client sites remotely.
