Planning your project
We begin with the people who will use the software or manage the network. We ask what they need to do, which records or applications they already rely on, and where the current arrangements get in their way.
From those conversations, we define the requirements and plan the software, hosting and network connections. We also consider how your staff will run the finished system, including the documentation and handover they will need.
